There are many ways to get in the extra nutrition broth offers. Replace water when cooking your grains and pasta and poaching eggs. Use it to steam veggies, freeze them into ice cubes and use them in place on any liquid for a savory dish. Great when used as a base for soups, stews, gravies, and sauces! And of course, it is always perfect simply sipping from a mug! Sometimes we toss a few thin slices of fresh jalapeno or ginger.
