Bessie and Tim, the founders of Brown Dog Farm moved to Longmont, Colorado in 2013 after working on farms all over the southwest. Brown Dog Farm now grows over 40 different fresh and organic vegetables on roughly two acres of land. They believe in growing organic food without using any pesticides or chemicals in their fields in order to ensure that they are providing the best quality of produce for the community.

Mile High Fungi was established in 2014 by Michael and Liz Nail in the heart of Denver. They later upscaled to Conifer, Colorado in 2019 to meet the growing demands of their community.
